We generally need at least 2 weeks notice prior to your required delivery date and more elaborate cakes will require considerably longer. Multi-tiered fruit cakes, for instance, are best ordered at least 3 months in advance in order to let the flavours mature and the texture settle to enable easy slicing. However, we will always endeavour to help in an emergency so its worth asking if you need something at short notice.
A deposit is required on all cakes before an order is confirmed, the amount being dependent upon the size and recipe of the cake. Full details will appear on your quote.
